As part of the Kaushal Bodh (Skill Subject) programme, middle school students participated in an enriching and immersive carpentry workshop that transformed learning into a hands-on experience. Under the expert guidance of professional craftsmen, students were introduced to the fundamentals of woodworking, structural design, tool handling, and workshop safety.
Moving beyond theoretical concepts, the students actively engaged in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood to create their own projects from scratch. This experiential learning opportunity enabled them to apply classroom concepts of geometry, measurement, and design in a practical setting, thereby strengthening their understanding of real-world engineering principles.
